Free shipping on orders over $100.00 to the 48 continguous states. Priority Mail and ground UPS only.
 
International Orders
No free shipping. We will determine the actual shipping charges and get your approval on any order with shipping charges over $10.00, by email before shipping. All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars. Most orders shipped outside the continental U.S. will be shipped via USPS Global Express. The customer is responsible for any applicable duties, taxes or customs fees. We are not allowed to mark packages as gifts and are required by law to declare the actual dollar amount of the items ordered. International orders must be paid by Pay Pal or other arrangements must be made.

If you pay by Credit Card your Card is not charged until we ship.

We generally use Priority Mail for orders under 4 pounds and UPS for orders over 4 pounds.

Return Policy
Our products are unconditionally guaranteed and may be returned for exchange or refund, less shipping and handling, within 30 days from the date of shipping from Boss Kut.  Please include your order number and name on any returns
Please contact us by email or phone before returning items.
The customer is responsible for shipping charges on returns unless the return is due to a defective item or a mistake by Boss Kut.  Items must be returned in the condition received.  Please enclose a copy of your invoice and a note explaining why you are returning the product.  Please note: it may take up to two weeks for us to process a refund request.

What do I do about damaged items?
If shipped by UPS, please do not sign for merchandise until you inspect the order for possible shipping damages.  Describe damages in detail on the receipt(billing of lading) and have the delivering party cosign the receipt.  Do not discard the packaging material.  Notify us by Email or phone.  We will have the items inspected and picked up by UPS, and we will ship a replacement to you at no charge.  Please do not reurn the merchandise yourself, as this may delay your reorder or credit.
